Do my tutoring minutes rollover?Show Answer
Unused membership minutes do not roll over. If you choose to change your plan, just keep in mind that the change won't apply until the end of your current weekly membership plan.
What happens if I go over my minutes in my membership plan?Show Answer

Using all your minutes doesn't mean you have to stop using TutorMe. It simply means that any additional minutes used will be billed at your plan's overage rate (don't worry, it's not much). Your available minutes will reset once the usage period ends.

If going over your allotted minutes occurs regularly, consider a membership plan with more minutes. The more minutes in your plan, the less you pay per minute. You can change your membership plan on the billing section of the my account page.

What if I need more hours than in my membership plan?Show Answer
Our largest membership plan is 2 hours/week. However, you can always use more than that, and your additional time will simply be billed at the end of your usage period. Your additional minutes will be billed at the same rate, which is lowest per minute rate we offer!
