About Gregory
Hello. My name is Greg Jones. I am a 49 year old native of Chicago, IL, who has been living in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 20 years now. I am engaged to be married, and have 2 children. I personally enjoy bowling, site-seeing, traveling, and riding my Harley. I've completed my Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, and have been a career Network Engineer for several years. I really enjoy teaching and tutoring those who wish to learn and excel in the IT industry. I have a motto, "YOUR SUCCESS is MY SUCCESS!"
Teaching Experience
My teaching experience began back in 1997, when I served as a Novell Certification Instructor. Since then, I've taught in the Community College system local to Dallas/Fort Worth, as well as for the Cisco Networking Academy. All of my teaching experience has been in an "instructor-led environment," however, my Network Engineering career has equipped me with the tools to effectively provide technical support and training via telephone and web conferencing mediums in many types of settings i.e. professional, non-profit, religious, and education.
