Professional development can also make a person's career path interesting, making them more likely to want to stick with that position.
What is behaviorism and who is the founder?
Behaviorism is one of the different approaches to Psychology, developed by John Watson. This psychological approach focuses on the environment and its reasons for a specific behavior or behaviors.
What is the difference between pedagogy and andragogy?
While they both pertain to learning techniques, pedagogy is child-focused, as in how children tend to learn new and educational information. Andragogy, on the other hand, pertains to adult learning techniques, which are widely different than that of children.
