Why does hot water freezes instantly when thrown in air in area where temp is less then 0 while cold water doesn't?
As we increases the temperature of water the distance between the particle increases or we can say air starts to take the gap between the particles as we throw this water in air the surface area of water increases and it starts freezing immediately while the cold water doesn't have that much surface area so it won't freezes in that short interval.
