I started to teach full time in 1968 and have now retired. I have emphasized students leaning and developing their learning skills, and learning in the ways and at the pace that best suits them. I have a Masters in Secondary Education in Social Studies. I also have a Law Degree.

I first taught 5th Grade, all subjects, in a poverty section of the Bronx, NY. I had 36 students you were performing at early 2d, 3rd and 4th Grade levels. I devised an individualized program for each student and by years end the average grade progress was 4 grade level. That experience affected my teaching at every level.
