For the past four years, I have worked in the Student Success Center as a Peer Writing Tutor at Benedictine University. Here I was given the opportunity to work with college-aged students to improve their writing skills across all subjects and writing styles. I assisted students with revising and editing student's works as well as provided guidance to improve the quality of their work. I am constantly answering questions from both students and their parents about the university and college life itself. My primary goal is not only to inform but to make sure both parents and students are comfortable enough with me that they feel free to ask any questions they like. This also means I am a face of the university which means I must conduct myself accordingly.
