Spirituality is a process of human life and development that focuses on finding a sense of meaning or purpose while also focuses on relationships with oneself, the universe, and other beings. Religion is more institutionalized with a pattern of values, beliefs, and behaviors involving a community of adherents with relation to spirituality. As a social worker, one has to be mindful and respectful to different views and beliefs while critically examining their own.
