Teaching Experience
Working as a resident assistant meant being pretty much a full-time educator of the incoming freshmen. More formally, I've tutored graduate ESL students here at Stanford since September 2014, and been a primary instructor of Russian five days a week since September 2015. My tutoring job involves analyzing the needs of ESL learners of widely varying proficiencies in both individual and group sessions.
