One of the most notable features of the Vietnamese language is the variety of signs that represent different tones when speaking. Two words with the exact same composition of letters can mean two completely different things because of the difference of the sign. Understanding and mastering the signs play a crucial part in learning the language.

There are many ways that one can improve on their English, but I believe one of the most effective ways is to read a lot of books and watch movies or shows that are in English. Reading books is a great way to improve on vocabulary, and movies and tv shows will force learners to be immersed in an English-speaking environment. Familiarity to the language is always a plus.
