I am 25-year engineer working for GE Hitachi in Wilmington, NC.
I am a licensed marine engineer with a degree in marine engineering. I graduated from NY Maritime College with a bachelor of engineering degree. During my, for years in college I spent a lot of time tutoring my classmates in calculus, physics, chemistry, diesel engine engineering, and ship systems engineering. I was also a lab instructor for an introduction to ship systems class, and I was the person in charge of a ship systems engineering simulator computer program. I love...
In college, I was very dedicated to volunteering to help the underclass students. I spent three years teaching Engineer labs on the ship. I volunteered for training the freshman for basic ship training. I also had a two-year work-study job where I helped teach the diesel simulator lab. I've enjoyed teaching through my college career and look forward to continuing to help others and share my knowledge.
