Currently, I work as an instructional coach to aid and Improve teaching instruction in reading, writing, ESL, and social studies. My primary focus is on writing in all modes and content areas. I have a BA in English and an MLS in Arts, Literature, and Culture. I have been teaching for five years. Before finishing my teaching certificate, I tutored and taught summer school for three years. I love learning and have a passion for guiding others to higher achievement.
For the past two years, I have been an instructional coach at a middle school outside of Denver Colorado. I work with teachers to improve their instruction. My primary focus is on writing, but I work with teachers to support their needs in all areas of instruction. I taught summer school this year to 6-8 graders.
