Judical branch which interprets laws and applies them on an individual case basis. The legislative branch which is often refered to as Congress (the Senate and House of Representative), and they write and debate new laws. The executive branch which is the president. The executive branch supports and enforces the laws made by Congress.
Why do Americans often think that democracy is better for every country?
We often assume that because something like democracy has turned out well for us, that it will do the same for many other countries. What individuals often forget is that each society is different in what they value and where thei beliefs lie, so what turned out pretty well for us might not work for other countries.
After the fall of the Soviet Union, what was the response of the world to the new dismantled state?
Other than 15 states gaining their independence from the control of the Soviet Union, the United States perceived the fall of the communist reigm as a win. There was much less of a fear because the once terrifying and damaging regime was dissolved.
