About Nicole
Hello! My name is Nicole. I was born in Queens, NY and raised in South Florida. I am a senior at Nova Southeastern University majoring in Psychology. I plan to go to medical school and hope to pursue a career in dermatology. I love reading and writing, and one day hope to publish a novel. I am passionate about community service and I regularly join my university on service trips. I am also an animal lover and the proud owner of a Labradoodle and a Shorkie :) .
Teaching Experience
As a freshman in high school, I began tutoring for elementary school students that lacked proficiency in reading and writing. At the time, I did it as a volunteer service; however, it eventually turned into a private tutoring job that I maintained all throughout high school. At the end of my senior year, I had a consistent group of 20 clients, grades K-12. My freshman year of college, I got a job as a tutor at my university.
