Question:

how is your approach to teaching music theory?

David K.
Answer:

I like to create an environment where the student is not afraid to try. Mistakes are an important part of learning music. I like to empower the student to perform and let them be able to see their own progress. Students learn better in an environment where they are comfortable. In addition the more chance they get to perform and play, the more times it enables me to evaluate their performance and as a result I can guide them and highlight areas where they can improve.
