I went to college at ERAU in Daytona Beach, FL, where I picked up a Bachelor's in Engineering Physics. After that, I was in the Navy for six years working on mine warfare. Then I left the service and moved to San Diego, where I received my teaching credential in physics.
I have two kids at home right now (18 months and one month old if you're reading this in December '16). I also have two Huskies and an extra fat kitty, though she has started losing some weight recently. So, life is pretty full right now. :)
I've taught physics in a classroom setting for one year. Before that, I have ~18 months of experience tutoring online and a couple of years of experience tutoring in person. Most of that was in physics, but I've also taught calculus and writing.
