How do I become a better writer?
To bring out your best writing, one must simply write without stopping. Do not constantly stop to edit or revise. Write until you run out of ideas. This allows space and time for your ideas to emerge and bloom in a free-flowing, less restricted manner. Then edit grammatical errors and make improvements as needed.
Why is it important to master any language?
Without being able to communicate effectively, all of your brilliant ideas might be misunderstood or lost completely. Speaking, writing and reading at a high level is directly correlated to your success in life. Accurate delivery of any message is vital.
How do you get the most out of every child as a teacher? Meaning, how do you help them reach their highest possible potential?
By understanding what type of learner they are (there are four learning styles: visual, auditory, reading/writing preference and kinesthetic). And then creating lesson plans (both formal and informal, along with whole-group and small-group) that appeal to that type of learner. Additionally, you must discover what they are passionate about and capitalize on that fire within their sole by relating the subject matter to their interests in a way that makes sense. Finally, understand that students do not care how much you know until they know how much you care. You must show them that you will support them emotionally, psychologically, etc. and create an environment that is welcoming, fun, cooperative and a happy place to be. They must be challenged mentally, think zone of proximal development.
