About Jeremiah
I've recently graduated with my Master's degree in English, and I am currently working part time while awaiting Ph.D. applications. I have experience teaching both one on one with students and classrooms with 30+ people in them, and I hope that tutoring is as fun and rewarding as teaching in a more formal academic setting.
Teaching Experience
I have taught at both the secondary and post-secondary level. My most with my recent experience is teaching Freshman Composition 101 and 102 for two years while completing my Master's. In addition to this, I also taught 11th and 12th grade English Literature and Creative Writing for two years after graduating with my Bachelor's degree. During both of my teaching tenures I often helped students individually during office hours at the collegiate level and after school while teaching high school.
