What is root cause and it's importance?
The root cause is the deeper issue causing an outcome in a situation. If you have an employee that is under preforming, you need to find the true root cause to fix the situation. If they are doing poorly, instead of just saying they aren't "good workers" you need to find WHY instead. Are they experiencing sudden personal issues? Are they in the wrong position? Etc.
