What is the importance of syntax in a well formulated essay?
Syntax is the foundation of any good essay. Many people don't take much conscious notice of it as they read, however if sentence structure is repetitive and simple, people will find themselves growing bored and often putting down the essay even without consciously knowing why. Additionally, varying your syntax shows dexterity as a writer and takes your writing to a level above a simple fact/analysis, fact/analysis style of writing.

What are three advantages of incumbent congressmen running for reelection?
Incumbent congressmen hold many advantages that make it hard for them to be unseated by a challenger. The first is name recognition. Many voters do not pay a lot of attention to the actual issues being discussed in the election so when it comes time to vote, they are more likely to vote for the name they recognize which is almost always the incumbent. The second advantage is the Frank. The Frank allows congressmen to send mail free of charge (no postage necessary). This allows them to cut costs when sending out leaflets and advertising for themselves. Additionally, being able paper their constituency with leaflets bearing their name for a low cost boosts name recognition. Finally incumbents have a framework and structure set up with offices and a following already in place so they can focus on other aspects of the campaign while challengers often build from the ground up.
Explain static equilibrium. Be sure to include which parts of the body are included in maintaining static equilibrium and explain how they work.
Static equilibrium focuses on the position of the head. Maculae are receptor cells located in the vestibule of the ear. Hair cells are imbedded in an otolithic membrane. Floating around them are tiny stones called otoliths. When the head moves or tilts, the otoliths collide with the hairs and bend them. This impulse is transmitted along the vestibular nerve to the cerebellum which is the part of the brain related to balance.
