What is differentiation in the classroom? Provide and example.
Differentiation is differentiating classroom instruction to best fit the needs of each individual student. An example in a classroom setting would be adapting an assignment to fit the needs of each student by giving some students less questions to answer while giving other students more time. Some students may get a completely different worksheet that is less difficult or more challenging. This way students are learning the same concepts but in a way that is challenging for each of them.

Describe plant propagation.
Plant propagation is the process of producing more plants. This can be accomplished through sexual or asexual methods. Sexual plant propagation is using seeds to produce more plants. Asexual plant propagation is using other plant parts such as roots, leaves, or stems to create new plants through cuttings, layering, separation or division.
Explain the process for interpersonal communication.
Interpersonal communication begins with the source. The source sends a message to the receiver. The receiver decodes the message sent by the source amongst noise and context then sends feedback back to the original source.
