Why is fiber so important to have in our diet?
Fiber plays many important roles in our health! First of all, insoluble fiber cannot be broken down by the body so it helps other foods to move through our body more easily. Soluble fibers, those that are broken down in the body, help to lower our cholesterol. It also helps to make stool pass more easily. Fiber has many health benefits!
What is diabetic ketoacidosis and how is it treated in a clinical setting?
