Graduated with my Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in December of 2017. Have six plus years of practical experiences with library and information science, especially how to perform the reference interview, both in-person and virtually. Before that, I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in May of 2015 by majoring in Public History and minoring in Library Science.
