Questions

Subject: Writing

Question:

What kind of writing is favourable and seen to be effective?

Answer:

The kind that is concise, uses simple language and is to the point. I always say that each word should add some kind of value. When I write a piece, I edit and refine multiple times and with each time that I proofread my work, I remove unnecessary words. In the end, the result is an effective piece with only what is most required for the reader to know.

Answer:

There are various aspects to consider in effective communication. Depending on the type of communication being considered, i.e., written, oral, digital etc, it is important to consider the audience, the content of communication, and the purpose of the message. The communication approach should be tailored accordingly and relayed in a way that is likely to be most relatable to the recipient of that communication. Having succinct, relevant and short messages, are ways that are most likely going to enable effective communication.
