About Caleb

About Caleb
I discovered my passion for teaching while working at summer camps for youth, and sought out lots of teaching experience while studying computer science at UCLA. I then went to grad school for English education, so I have a strong background in both science (math, engineering, programming) and writing and literature! I worked in nonprofit management for the last few years, and am currently traveling around the world. I'm excited to share my experiences and knowledge with students!

Teaching Experience

Teaching Experience
I've been tutoring and teaching students since I was in high school, and I've worked with students from elementary to college level. During my undergraduate education, I participated in teaching internships through my school and arranged many weeks on my own of assisting friends who were teachers, including delivering my own lessons. For gradutate school I got my master's in secondary education, and did three semesters of student teaching with 9th, 12th, and 7th grade English Language Arts classrooms.
