I'm currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Public Services at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I have been a librarian for 11 years and have worked to provide reference and research services in one form or another throughout all of those years. I love working with the public to provide customer service and as much help as possible.
I currently serve as the Departmental Librarian for Psychology and Modern Languages. I teach library courses to the students in these two disciplines throughout each semester. I served as an Instructor for the First Year Experience program at Young Harris College for three years. From 2008 to 2017 I served as the User Services Librarian and then the Head of User Engagement and I provided individual and group instruction through reference interviews, library tours, and athletic study hall.
