About Jamal
I was born in windy ol’ West Texas. I came from a large family, as I am the oldest of seven. I chose to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and English at Texas Tech University where I also earned my teaching certification. I taught high school English for three years.
My longtime interest in body mechanics and human anatomy led me to change careers. I am now a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Texas Woman’s University. I also currently serve as social chair for our class.
