Cyclopentadiene is more acidic than cycloheptatriene because the conjugate base of cyclopentadiene fulfills Huckel's rules (6 pi electrons), thus making it aromatic. The conjugate base of cycloheptatriene affords an anti-aromatic species (8 pi electrons), which is very unstable.
Ammonia (NH3) reacts with borane (BH3) to form a Lewis Adduct, ammonia borane (NH3BH3). For ammonia borane, determine the formal charges of the nitrogen atom and the boron atom.
