Question:

What is the difference between revenue and earnings?

Answer:

The gross amount of money made when a company sells goods or services is considered revenue. However, earnings take into consideration the cost of making revenue. For example, if a company sells a pencil for $1.50, they record revenue of $1.50. If that pencil costs 50 cents to make, the earnings would be $1.00. Revenue is reported on the top line of the Income Statement while earnings are reported on the bottom line.

Question:

What is an advantage to forming an LLP?

Answer:

A large advantage to forming an LLP is that each partner's personal liability for business debts is limited up to the amount that he or she invested. There is also no limit to how many partners an LLP can have. Other advantages are that LLP partnerships typically have lower registration costs and no minimum capital requirement.
