About Lauren
I hold both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health, where she is also a member of the teaching faculty and is also a registered clinical exercise physiologist. I am also currently pursuing her doctorate at the University of Bath. I currently explore and have published on the relationship between chronic disease, exercise capacity, and mortality and has been interviewed by television news and radio channels regarding the importance of engaging in healthy behaviors.
Teaching Experience
For six years, I oversaw a graduate level clinical internship program where masters-level graduate students learned how to apply their academic training in anatomy, physiology, and exercise science to a complicated patient population.
