How a boiler produces steam?
Boiler is usually used as a part of the power generation process in industries, when boiler produces dry steam, it is regulated into turbines blades which then moves at high speed to generate electricity. Boiler Working: There are two types of boiler "Firetube" and "Water tube". Firetube: firetube boiler contains pipes (Firetubes) which are surrounded by water, these firetubes carry the hot fumes of coal ignited into the furnace at the bottom, as these hot gases are passed from the firetubes the "exchange of heat comes" into action and then the hot gases loses their heat to the water and thus water starts evaporating and steam is formed Watertube: Watertube boiler has a similar working like a Firetube boiler but instead of a firetube they have water tubes (which contain water) which are surrounded by direct furnace flames which heat the whole pipe to generate steam. This is how the boiler works and produces steam.

Valves are used for starting or stopping the flow of liquid, regulating or throttling flow, preventing backflow or relieving and regulating pressure in fluid or gaseous handling applications. Common valve types include Ball, Butterfly, Check, Diaphragm, Gate, Globe, Knife Gate, Parallel Slide, Pinch, Piston, Plug, Sluice, etc. Valves need to be manufactured on a custom order, because of factors like fluid material, (corrosive/noncorrosive element), pressure, valve capacity, flow, etc matters.

How to overcome the coal pollution?
Well to begin with nowadays coal is used as a main source of energy for major countries however id we take major steps in coal pollution control we can overcome the adverse effect of burning coal in the environment . for that few things should be done to make the emitted air cleaner. The industry has found more effective ways of cleaning coal after it is mined, and some coal consumers use low sulfur coal. Power plants use flue gas desulfurization equipment, also known as scrubbers, to clean sulfur from the smoke before it leaves their smokestacks. In addition, the coal industry and the U.S. government have cooperated to develop technologies that can remove impurities from coal or that can make coal more energy-efficient, which reduces the amount of coal that is burned per unit of useful energy produced. Equipment intended mainly to reduce SO2, NOx, and particulate matter can also be used to reduce mercury emissions from some types of coal. This is the main process to reduce harmful gases however more methods are available to reduce harmful emissions.
