I graduated from Saint Michael's College in 2018 with a Secondary Education and Mathematics Major. Throughout college, I tutored high school level Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry for almost two years. I have experience in high school level and middle-level mathematics. Since graduation, I have been a paraprofessional at a local high school and gained experience in ninth and tenth-grade social studies and English.

I have many different experiences with students. Throughout college, I was a private tutor as well as worked in multiple classroom settings. These included middle-level math classrooms, middle-level social studies classrooms, and working with English Language Learners. This is my second year as a paraprofessional in a high school. Assisted multiple high school students with academic and behavioral needs Humanities and Geometry. Supported students with homework and skill-building in a guided study hall. Followed each student’s plan and responded to developmental needs by offering breaks and listening to students as needed. Frequently met with supervisors and teachers to discuss each student’s progress.
