I am a student studying to receive my PhD in Developmental Clinical psychology, along with a minor in Eastern Asian Studies (with a focus in Japanese). I am passionate about learning and trying new things, as my hobbies vary from music to computer programming, and I have been tutoring in a myriad of subjects for years. I love to meet people, learn new things, and help others to achieve success in anything that they are striving for.
I have been a tutor for Middle School, High School, and College students in a number of subjects. I have tutored students in all forms of math (from basic algebra to developed Calculus), Psychology, Biology, Chemistry, Music Theory (I have been a musician for 12 years), writing and grammar (I currently write for several smaller papers), standardized testing (such as the SAT and ACT), as well as introductory courses that vary across the entire academic spectrum.
Boston College Developmental Psychology Labs, Research Assistant
2016 - Present
I work one-on-one with seasoned researchers in the interaction and testing of children from ages 4-10. We utilize the data collected this way to study how cooperative skills develop in the dynamic minds of children, as well as how these discoveries may be utilized to positively impact the lives of children in the future.
