Ryan is a graduate from Boston University's School of Theatre where he studied Acting, Dramatic Literature, Shakespeare, Vocal Pedagogy, Movement, and Dramaturgy. While at BU he was also a member of the Kilachand Honors College, a program that perpetuated interdisciplinary studies. Year to year Ryan studied and presented on such disciplines as Astronomy, Marketing & Advertising, Ecology, South American Literature, WWII History, Biotechnology, Philosophy and Law. I used to tutor Elementary School aged children at my Mother's Social Work office during high school. I also counseled and taught theatre throughout high school to the same age range. I would often substitute teach at middle schools for art teachers. During college I helped peers with essays as my writing experience in the Honors program proved valuable. I am responsible for creating all of the syrups, tinctures, batched cocktails, bitters, and juices for the bar. I am given the responsibility of inventing new recipes to match cocktails under development. This job involves constant learning and adapting, as well as a surprising amount of math and precision in measurements and altering the yield of particular recipes.

As an analyst in a room escape, I would observe corporate groups who used our rooms as a team building exercise. While observing I would notate any patterns, logical fallacies, heuristics and group dynamics that evolved. I would then provide individual feedback to each member of the team as well as a written up document evaluating their effectiveness at problem solving and how they might improve.
