What are the three ways that tectonic plates interact?
The three ways that tectonic plates interact with each other are that they may 1. Converge, or collide with one another, creating mountains and in some cases volcanoes; 2. Diverge, or divide with one another, creating valleys or seafloor spreading; and 3. Transform, or slide by each other, causing earthquakes and creating fault lines.

How do you know that a chemical change has occurred when working in a lab?
There are five different condition that can help you identify if a chemical reaction has occurred. 1. Change in the color of the liquids that are combined (solution) 2. Formation of a precipitate, or a solid byproduct is created 3. Formation of a gas, or bubbling of the solution 4. A different odor is produced when mixing occurs 5. There is a change in the temperature of the solution, either the temperature increases or decreases.
Subject: Physical Science
An egg is dropped from a balcony that is 32 feet from the ground. A timer on the ground indicated that it took 1 second for the egg to hit the ground, after it was released. What was the speed of the egg when it hit the sidewalk?
The equation for speed is distance divided by time. If the egg drops 32 feet, then 32 is the distance. The time it takes for the egg to hit the ground is 1 second. Knowing that the equation for speed is distance divided by time, you will divide 32 feet by 1 second to get your answer for speed. The correct answer is 32 ft/sec.
