Question:

When should I use the "tu" conjugations versus the "vous" conjugation?

Answer:

"Tu" should be used when you are speaking to one person informally. "vous" should be used to speak to more than one person both formally and informally, or one person formally. Formal language should always be used with older people or whenever you are speaking to a stranger or someone you aren't close with.

Question:

How to I know when to use "who" versus "whom"?

Answer:

"Who" should refer to the subject of a sentence while "whom" refers to the object of a verb. To make things easier, the simple tool I've always used when in doubt is to think of how I would address the person I'm referring to. If you would use "him" or "her" instead of "he" or "she", then you should use "whom".

Question:

What are the main points of Liberalism?

Mckenzie S.
Answer:

Liberalism believes that International relations should rely on more than just power politics. They believe that international organizations (like the United Nations) and nongovernment organizations play a key role in mediating policy because they emphasize the importance of international cooperation and finding policy that mutually benefits all parties involved. International trade and the spread of democracy are some of their major priorities.
