How do cyclohexane chair conformations look like?
In the chair conformation, the hydrogens on each carbon are equatorial up then equatorial down as you continue down the carbons. This pattern exists throughout the structure. Hydrogens are also axial up then axial down as you continue down the carbons. This pattern also exists throughout the structure. Therefore, if on one carbon, a hydrogen is axial up, the other one is equatorial down.
4x + 4 = 10(5) + 4 - 8/4
4x + 4 = 10(5) + 4 - 8/4 4x + 4 = 50 + 4 - 2 4x + 4 = 54 - 2 4x = 52 - 4 4x = 48 x = 12
Why is there dew on cool mornings?
Moist air that is warm can hold a lot of water. Moist air that is cool cannot hold as much water. On cool mornings, cool surfaces force the warm, moist air to cool and thus cause the water that is a gas to condense in water that is a liquid.
