In my current position, I teach library patrons about digital technologies and help them to connect with information, on a near-daily basis. I have taught a variety of group classes for adults, on tech topics such as basic computer skills, Photoshop Elements, Facebook, Gmail, and more, over the course of the past 8 years. I have also provided reference services to diverse adult patrons for the past 8 years, with a non-judgmental demeanor and while maintaining patron confidentiality.
