Question:

Answer:

Let's start by searching our databases to see what articles and books can be found about basketball. We will use the keywords "history" and "basketball" to start off. Once we see the initial results, we can filter the results down to something workable by limiting the date range, scholarly articles, and in the United States only. Once you find a book, using the call number on the spine, I will gladly show you how to locate this item in the library.

Answer:

In Oklahoma, we have a very comprehensive legal website run by the Supreme Court called OSCN. On that website, you can locate Oklahoma Statutes, court opinions, district court docket information, state Attorney General opinions, and much more. Let me show you how to use OSCN.

Answer:

A manager must be able to communicate using several different methods. First, you need to use verbal communication and ask the employee did they understand the information. After you ask that question, actively listen to the answer. Make sure you are paying attention and re-state some of the concerns that the employee mentioned or ask follow up questions. Next, communicate in writing, via email or bulletin post. Require employees to sign the written communication and to direct all questions to you. Let them know you will be following up with everyone to ensure that there are no miscommunications.
