How do you access values from dictionaries?
First of all, a dictionary is a structure that takes in (key, value) pairs. Dictionaries are also in no particular order, so the only way to access a value is if you know the key. From there, you access a value as such: dictionary[key].

What is polymorphism?
In Java, there are classes. This is the overall type of the variables that are being used. For example, I would be in the class "Person" because I am of the type person. There are also subclasses. A subclass of "Person" would be "student" because all students are people, but not all people are necessarily students. Polymorphism is going up from those subclasses. A student is a person, so your student variable can be made into a person variable. A person is also a mammal, so that same student variable (or a person variable) can be a mammal variable, and so on.

What are pointers?
A pointer stores the address of a variable. Since your computer stores any variables you have created, their address is wherever that variable is stored. A pointer is a special type of variable that allows you to access the storage space of the variable as opposed to the variable itself.
