What's more important: an accurate accent or accurate grammar and vocabulary?
Ten times out of ten, grammar and vocabulary are much more important when compared to an accurate accent. I would much rather you have the heaviest accent imaginable but speak fluently with varied sentence structures, advanced vocabulary, and accurate grammar. Native Spanish speakers will always take note of any accent, whether you are a native speaker or not. However, Spanish speakers will be much more impressed by your ability to conjugate irregular verbs than they might be by the difficult-to-achieve ability to roll your R's.
How do I improve my pronunciation in words that have nasal sounds?
When I was first starting out learning Portuguese, I definitely channeled my inner French person in an attempt to get the right Portuguese accent. Don't do that! It never sounds as good as you think! It's an okay place to start, but the best technique I've learned to teach these nasal sounds is closing up your nose with your fingers, and saying the word until you can feel the vibrations in your nasal passages. Then, release your nose and try again! It'll be much better!

What is your best advice for improving your fluency in English?
The best advice I've ever seen work for my tutoring clients is writing about your day every day in English. You don't even need to show anyone! Just trying to write about daily activities, making yourself look up words you've never used in English before, and practicing creating original sentences is the best exercise you can do for your fluency.
