About Maggie
My name is Margaret, and I am a hardworking, passionate and experienced tutor looking to help students succeed academically. I am currently a second year student at UCLA studying molecular biology, and I am from Chicago, IL. I enjoy working out, reading nonfiction and trying new restaurants with my friends.

Teaching Experience

Teaching Experience
I have 5+ years of experience with one-on-one and group tutoring. I spent many years tutoring at my high school, where I specialized in core subjects such as math (algebra/geometry), English, science and social science. In doing this, I have learned Bash programming in Linux and have been able to apply my basic knowledge of Python as well. The image processing and tissue labeling went. towards the formation of Yeun’s deep learning program, in which she aims to improve automatic...
Elite Tutoring Place, Tutor
2018 - 2018
Worked with K-12 students individually to improve learning in core subjects such as math, reading, science and social science. I created individualized lesson plans for each student to help them improve at least one letter grade in the desired subjects. I spent most of my time helping high school students with challenging subjects, such as honors algebra/geometry/pre-calculus, honors/AP chemistry and physics.
