About Michelle
After working domestically and abroad as a reading tutor and ESL/EFL teacher, I decided to go into the librarian profession, where I enjoy helping people meet their information needs and learn new skills.

I tought ESL/EFL for two and a half years in South Korea, working primarily with students aged five through thirteen. I also tutored some college students during that time for their English language proficiency (TOPIK) exams. I have taught coding through library programs and after school clubs to elementary students and teens, and I was a K-3 literacy tutor for two years.
