There are many ways. My suggestion is to look at the answers first to give you a basis of the what the vignette is asking. Next you read the question thoroughly. You then mark out the questions that do not seem right. At this point your answer should be correlated to the vignette. When choosing between two answers, see how many elements in the vignette go with your answer choice. If this is time crunch test, limit how long you spend on questions you can not figure out quickly, save them for the end.

The new Richard Johnson Medical institute really peaked my interest as a future physician. The location is close to home which is important because my family support is essential. This location is also in an amazing metropolitan area. There are plenty of opportunities to continue volunteering in food pantries or local shelters.
