Question:

How do I change a percent into a fraction?

"Percent" means "per hundred," so just use the given percentage and put it over 100. ex: 21% would be 21/100

Question:

When do you use "me" or "I?"

Rupa G.
Answer:

In general, remove one of the subjects and read the sentence aloud. If the sentence sounds right, it's probably correct. Ex: You and me should go to the park. Take out "me" and you get: You should go to the park. This sounds correct and it is. Take "You" out and you get" Me should go to the park. This sounds incorrect and it is, therefore you would use "I" in place of "me."
