From the Inferior vena cava blood travels up to the right atrium, through the right ventricle, to the pulmonary artery, to the lungs, pulmonary veins, left atrium, left ventricle, to the aorta. From here, it goes to all of the organs, becomes deoxygenated, and travels back to the vena cava for the cycle to repeat once more.
