What is the difference between the past tenses in Spanish: preterite and imperfect?
The preterite is composed of a single event or moment in time. The action is finished and completely in the past. In this tense one knows when the time started and ended. Such events can be seen as eating or picking up the phone when a friend calls. On the other hand, imperfect is the story-telling tense. This means that the event has not ended (generally used when telling a story). The actions from the past can also be uncompleted. As well, this tense can be used when there are no definite habits from the past.

What is the best way to get the attention of a group of Deaf people?
One way that you can get the attention of a group is through flicking the lights or tapping on a metal object using another metal object. The lights will grasp everyone's attention and tapping on something metal creates vibrations in the air that can be felt. Either method can be used.
What is genetic drift?
Genetic drift is the change in the composition of the gene pool due to chance. A gene pool can be described as the collection of genes and the various alternate or allelic forms of those genes within a given population. Genetic drift is easier to determine and notice within smaller populations.
