I coordinated job shadowing experiences for high school students in the local Williamsburg, VA area through a partnership with William & Mary. In this position, I worked with high school students on interviewing skills, resumes/CV, and interpersonal skills. The outcome for these students was an paid internship at the William & Mary Recreational Center.
