I work as a supervisor for the calling center in the office of Student Advancement at Azusa Pacific University. My duties include decorating the call center, training and coaching callers, overseeing shifts two nights a week, confirming donations over the phone, meeting weekly with my supervisor, and sending emails and texts to donors.
