What are the three major perspectives in sociology, and what do they mean?
The three sociological perspectives determine how sociologists look at the culture and social continuance of our world. The three perspectives are: the functionalist theory, the conflict theory, and the symbolic interaction theory. Functionalist theory: This theory states that there is a relationship between the different components in our society, and we must all work together in order to maintain well-engaged and not fall into chaos. This also includes how some parts of society are stronger, and more functioning than others. Conflict theory: This theory describes how society is at a constant struggle for power, and how the small group of wealthy elitists control all the power for the poor. This theory often focuses on how society continue to fight for the little resources we already have, and the constant battle between the wealthy and poor. Symbolic interaction theory: This theory is different from the theories mentioned above, as this theory relates to the micro perspective of sociology. The theory focuses on the symbols in society today, and how or why they play a key factor in our culture today. This also focuses on daily interaction with others and what it entails for society.
What are the key components of a successful essay?
There are several factors into making an essay as perfect as it can be! Let's start with the subject of the essay. Staying on-topic is the most important thing. Readers will often have a hard time understanding what the writer is trying to explain if they do not keep the subject clear and concise. Also, structure plays a big role, as the writer must structure a paper properly using correct transitions, thesis statements in the proper place, and, chronological order. Grammar is a major necessity in essays, as the writer needs to not only show the reader what they are talking about, but has to make sure the reader can understand it! There are more factors that compel a perfect essay, however these are the main components.

What is the primary function of the courtroom workgroup?
The courtroom workgroup consists of three categories: the judge, the defense attorney, and the prosecution. Each part of the courtroom workgroup has their own specific job, but together, their main goal is to work as a team. Their goal is to make sure each they have a shared expectations of how cases and sentences should be handled.
