Hello, I recently completed my undergraduate studies as a non-traditional student in English Literature at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. In addition to my BA in English, I have two minors in the following: Music Performance and Children's Literature. I have 20 years of workforce experience in the hospitality and customer service industry as a bartender and server. Working in the hospitality industry has taught me to adapt to changes while multitasking in high volume and high-pressure settings.
